Womens Rugby 7’s Fitness and Skills 2016

Rugby sevens for women is a growing sport worldwide and there is a great opportunity for females to be part of an enjoyable new sport. With new competitions coming to our region this year, Youthfit is launching a 3 month block of training to help you learn and prepare for playing sevens rugby.

Program Highlights
- Basic rugby skills; Catch pass, tackle, ball into contact.
- Strength & Conditioning including speed & explosive power.
- Indoor training venue
- Individualised program for off-field workouts.

Sessions Times
- Monday and Wednesdays from 6:30pm - 7:30pm
- Off field sessions are up to you how much you wish/are able to do, and can be completed in your time. We will have a set session on Sunday afternoons at 4pm for those who want to do a physical workout in a group.

Where- Youthfit Training Centre, cnr Willoughby & Richmond St’s, Hamilton.

Start Date- We will be starting the program on Monday July 25th. Your 3 month block begins on sign up, so you can start at any time.

Cost- $167 for 3 months.
